Bi-State Detergent Systems is a privately held company located in Bettendorf, Iowa.  We mix and distribute a full line of quality soaps and detergents for commercial applications including laundry, warewashing, automotive, industrial, and personal care.

We are easy to work with and well respected by our customers for providing high quality products and service with prices and just-in-time delivery.

Our customers include hospitals, nursing homes, hotels, motels, restaurants, school districts, commercial cleaners, car washes, janitorial supply companies, and industrial clients.  It is our policy to meet the needs of our customers, big or small.

Our products are dispensed through peristaltic pumps that are installed and maintained for our customers, although they remain the property of Bi-State Detergent Systems.  Also the majority of the products are distributed in 1 gallon, 5 gallon, or 15 gallon approved recyclable containers.

We take the time and effort to analyze each laundry and warewashing situation from water conditions, type of fabric or soil, temperature available, and stain type.  We consistently ask for feedback on our product quality and service (which is within 24 hours or your order).  On numerous occasions we also troubleshoot the mechanical problems with the washers, dryers, or dishwashers on behalf or our clients.

Dishmachine Need

Bi-State Detergent Systems sells and leases new and refurbished low-temperature commercial dishmachines.  Washer models include under counter, single rack, double rack, and conveyors.
