Private Labeling

Every company strives to enhance the value of their name to their customer. Bi-State Detergent Systems recognizes just how important this is to our customers, and offers private labeling on each of our products. Private labeling gives your business the ability to create a personalized image which in turn leads to higher customer loyalty.

Custom labels allow our customers to include their own tag lines, themes and logos to complement their entire marketing plan.

Choose from one, two or three color labels. Bi-State will work with each distributor to develop the design and graphics of each label at a reasonable cost or “label ready” artwork can be provided by our customers.

All products can be packaged in 1 gallon, 5 gallon, 15 gallon or 55 gallon approved (UN or non-UN) containers.

 
Training & Support

With over 50 years of field experience in warewashing, on-premise laundry, janitorial, and industrial accounts, our Bi-State Detergent Systems representatives can answer all customer questions, including matching competitive products, procedures, equipment, dispensing pump installation, and other technical issues.

Each of our products also has a sales information sheet that outlines the description of the product, appropriate use, and directions. It will also include our 24-hour emergency response phone number supported by Infotrac.


Custom Blending & Product Analysis

Bi-State Detergent Systems can mix custom blends to your exact specifications. Our support staff includes technicians and chemists familiar with reverse engineering and product analysis techniques. Submit a representative sample of the product and our staff will recommend a comparable formulation.


Credit Terms

Credit will be extended after credit application has been completed and approved. Terms on approved customers will be net 30 days. Failure to meet terms outlined will result in termination of orders or suspension of orders until payment. NSF checks will be assessed a $25.00 fee.
